What Our Clients Are Saying

Had to bring my cat June in this past weekend for what ultimately turned out to just be an upset tummy for her. I just want to say the vet, whose name I forgot to get, was really kind and sat down next to me and walked me through the ENTIRE blood test that they did for her which is something no vet has done for me. If there was an unusual thing on the report he explained why it was the way it was and he made sure I understood why June might be acting the way she was. She’s fine and they helped bring some peace of mind. Also, as it is an urgent care, the price is more than what I’m used to with a regular vet visit. However, they do offer payment plans which was welcome.

I was traveling from out of state when my dog, Saki, was bit by another dog and needed treatment. From the moment we walked in, everyone was very friendly and caring. Saki is usually very nervous at the vet, and the team was very patient and gentle with her. She was able to be cleaned up without any sedating meds and stayed calm during the visit (which is big for her).

Saki’s team was very compassionate and thorough. Thank you all so much for taking wonderful care of my girl during a stressful moment!

I took my dog Charlotte to Out West and the vet that saw her gave me absolutely devastating news, she told me that she did a fast scan of Charlotte’s abdomen and she was able to see two masses that she believed to be cancer. She recommended a few different vets to follow up with. From there I took Charlotte to three different vets who all told me that they didn’t see a mass and that Charlotte was fine. They were wrong. The vet at Out West was right, this was confirmed with a CT scan and exploratory surgery. Charlotte ultimately died from intestinal lymphoma. But I think it’s worth recognizing that the vet at Out West caught what three other vets missed.

If I could give them more than five stars I would!! The team at Out West truly went above and beyond to help out our boy. We were driving from KS to SC and stopped in due to an emergent situation. They were so helpful and made sure I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. Although they didn’t have the full capabilities we needed to take of our sweet boy, they continued calling different animal hospitals along our route as we continued driving until they found somewhere that could help (they even called in different states for us). They truly care so much and are an OUTSTANDING team!

I brought my elderly Boston in on Thanksgiving day. The entire staff was so kind. They took great care of my boy and took the time to make sure I understood everything as it was happening. I appreciated the way they talked to me about his health and prepared me for his future care with his diagnosis. Thank you for looking out for my Simon and helping me keep him comfortable. I’m so grateful

The staff and doctors at Out West treated my senior kitty with so much care and dignity in his final moments. They explained everything to me step by step, which helped me understand what was happening and feel at peace with an incredibly difficult decision. They were kind and compassionate, and for that, I’m truly grateful.

Dr. Francis and his team are incredible. We had to put my cat down unexpectedly, and it was devastating. They were upfront about everything including costs, explained everything that was going on medically, and was respectful and comforting to us during this hard time. They even sent us a thoughtful condolence card. Although it was an unfortunate situation, they handled everything with so much care. They truly do care about our fur babies. Thank you Out West

My daughter contacted them for me because my 10 year old Rottweiler Harley passed in his sleep. I was absolutely devastated and had never experienced anything like this. My husband and I took him in and we filled out paperwork and picked out a nice urn for him. They said they would give me a paw print and nose print. The staff is very friendly and I’m thankful for them because no other place was open Saturday evening and they are very affordable for the services they offer. I’m grateful but I’ll be at ease having my babies ashes.
