What to Expect When You Visit

When you arrive, our friendly front desk team will check you in and gather any medical records or notes from your regular veterinarian. During your pet’s exam, our experienced doctors will explain their findings clearly, outline treatment options, and help you make informed decisions about your pet’s care.

We know urgent visits can be stressful—but from start to finish, we’ll do everything we can to make your experience calm, efficient, and supportive.

For Preventive and
Routine Services

If your pet needs routine wellness care—such as vaccinations, heartworm testing, or microchipping—you’re welcome to call ahead or submit an appointment request using our online form below. We’ll confirm your appointment time as soon as possible and provide any instructions needed before your visit.

Our hours make it easy to get care after hours and on weekends:

Monday – Friday: 9 AM to 11 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9 AM to 7 PM

Please note: We are not a 24-hour emergency hospital, but we can hospitalize stable patients overnight when appropriate.
